Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city, providing quick and easy access to major attractions. The rooms, although cozy, had some issues like lighting and a slight unpleasant smell. The service was exceptional with friendly and professional staff. The dining options were varied but had some inconveniences. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in Madrid.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious with a luxurious Jacuzzi and terrace offering a fantastic experience, though some cleanliness issues were noticeable. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location was exceptional, surrounded by beautiful architecture and close to major tourist sights, making exploring the city effortless. Dining options were varied, with delicious buffet selections, but the breakfast area felt a bit cramped. Despite some room for improvement, the overall value for money was decent.
The hotel offered a mix of positives including clean and spacious rooms, but an uncomfortable bathroom layout. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, although dining options were limited. Service was hit and miss, with helpful and unhelpful instances. Good value for money overall.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for our needs, with a lovely large bathroom and a great shower. The location was almost ideal, right in the city center and near a Metro station, offering easy access to many attractions. The service was a bit hit or miss, but we did encounter one very helpful staff member. The dining experience could have been better, but there were plenty of local options to explore. Overall, a great choice for our time in Madrid.
The hotel has a room with a view to the square, which is super but can be interrupted by loud singing in the early hours. Sadly, there was no water or kettle in the room for tea making, yet it was clean and ideal for a short break.
The hotel is a great value for its location and star rating. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with nice amenities, though the dining can be pricey. The service is top-notch and the location is superb, close to many tourist attractions.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, overlooking the royal palace and Plaza Espana, were a beautiful way to start and end the day, but they were nothing special and were quite noisy at night. The service was efficient overall, especially with our queries, but there were issues with deliveries and staff being late or absent. The location was excellent, being central to key sights and providing easy access to the metro, although some noise from the Palace could be heard. Dining options were plentiful and tasty, catering to both vegetarian and American breakfast preferences, but the half-board option might not be the best choice considering the many local dinner options available.
My stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The rooms, although nice and comfortable, felt a bit crammed against a wall with a tiny walkway. The room was also too hot for my liking.
